The flowers need rain to Bloom! All events still will happen - rain or shine - as we get cozy together in the yurt!  Come today and we'll teach you our favorite rain songs. . .

We're teaming up with our friends at City Repair to celebrate the last day of the Village Building Convergence and have a very special Bloom to share with you. Here's some details:

Activities begin at 3 and include hula hooping & facepainting with Ruckus Muckus, making seed balls, visiting the baby goats, and a roving fiddler!

We're honored to host storyteller Ed Edmo at 4:30. Ed is a Shoshone-Bannock poet, playwright, performer, traditional storyteller, tour guide and lecturer on Northwest tribal culture.

Mae leading plant walk

In the evening, we'll sing together in song circles throughout the land. Please bring songs to share that invite group sing-alongs and are rooted in your own cultural experience. If you would like to take part in a recorded group dialogue about your experience in song circles as part of a region-wide study, you can join a group in the hour before dinner.

Registration is open for summer camps at TLC Farm!

All camps are Tuesday-Friday, led by professional teachers at TLC Farm and in the surrounding forest of Tryon Creek State Park.

Children will participate in exciting nature-based crafts and empowering activities such as gardening, herbal medicine making, crafting, natural building, woodworking, forest exploration and more. Each day we'll visit the goats and chickens, explore the forest, hear stories, sing songs and share a nutritious, organic snack.

Visit WillowCreekForestSchool.org for more information about summer camp dates & themes and registration.
