I have attended a few events at the farm over the years, most recently one of Gretchen's excellent and inspiring fermentation workshops. I am also interested in general food security issues and working to promote such projects as gardening, street fruit, city chickens, CSA's and a food cooperative in my hometown of Vancouver, Washington.
Folks who are interested in such things are encouraged to visit us at http://VancouverFood.org and presentors who might like to present in Vancouver should contact us as we hope to be doing a variety of food presentations as we move toward opening a retail store.
