Just a few yards away from the earthen plaster workparty, Gretchen was teaching 15 people about making your own honey wine! I walked into a very cozy yome (the yurt-dome winter classroom tucked into the trees) filled with very attentive students, books on fermentation and wine making, paper and pens, and little taster cups of wine spread across the table. It looked like a great class, and I smiled in appreciated seeing so many new faces at TLC Farm.p.s. Did you know that the only ingredients in honey wine are honey and water (well, if you don’t count Time, Intention, Care, Smiles, etc.)? Take Gretchen’s next class to find out more!
