Tryon Life Community Farm

In April, 2004, Tryon Life Community Farm filed as a non-profit corporation registered in the State of Oregon, which its primary place of business at 11640 SW Boones Ferry Road in Portland. See our incorporation documents and bylaws attached below.

We filed for recognition as a federally exempt 501(c)3 organization in 2005. This application was approved, and is valid retroactively to the date of incorporation. We were recognized as a public charity during an advance ruling period; this status was extended automatically to be perpetual unless the IRS revokes it.
